I am CEO of Cricket for Climate, a player led movement founded by Australian Test Captain Pat Cummins. I worked alongside Pat to incubate and scale Cricket for Climate from an idea to a collaborative movement before formally taking the role of inaugural CEO in Jan 2024.

My superpowers are in sustainability, collaborative design and systems change.  I am known globally for work I led with the Australian Climate Leaders Coalition on the CEO Scope 3 Roadmap and NatStart digital tool, which provides an onramp for CEOs wanting to develop and embed Nature at the heart of their strategy.

A global management consultant, I have worked across private, public and not for profit sectors to solve some of the most complex challenges of our time. I firmly believe climate and nature solutions create economic, social and environmental benefits and require all parts of society to work together to accelerate impact.
