Introducing SEA's newest member – Clublinks

Sports Environment Alliance (SEA) is excited to welcome Clublinks as a member.

As operators of golf courses and leisure centres across Australia, Clublinks understands its environmental responsibility, and joining SEA aligns with their commitment to sustainability and community impact.

Nathan Bird, Asset & Environment Manager, Northcote Aquatic & Recreation Centre (NARC) explains that by partnering with SEA, this allows Clublinks to collaborate with like-minded organisations, adopt best practices, and implement sustainable initiatives across their facilities, helping to reduce their ecological footprint while inspiring others to do the same.

“At Clublinks, we prioritise sustainability through key partnerships and a strong commitment to eco-friendly practices. We’ve partnered with organisations like RecycleSmart to manage hard-to-recycle items and utilise BioPak for sustainable packaging in our food and beverage areas.”

“We enhance our facilities by focusing on sustainability in every aspect of our operations, from energy efficiency to waste reduction, and believe that comprehensive staff training is essential to achieving our environmental goals” he said.

In welcoming Clublinks to the SEA network, Adam Cheyne, SEA CEO, said “We’re not only acknowledging Clublinks proactive approach to sustainability but also amplifying our collective impact on environmental responsibility across sports and recreation facilities nationally.”

“Together, we are better equipped to inspire change, implement sustainable practices, and drive meaningful results that benefit our communities. We’re excited to see the positive impact Clublinks will bring to this movement.”

Welcome to the #SEAChange, Clublinks
