Registration includes:

SEA Summit registrations cannot be shared. Strictly one delegate per registration only.

Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. All fees are in Australian Dollars $AUD and are exclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

If after booking for SEA Summit and you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.

Please advise substitutions via email by 12 April 2024, to seahq@sportsenvironmentalliance.org.

All sales are final. Written requests for substitution or cancellation (exceptional circumstances) must be emailed to seahq@sportsenvironmentalliance.org by 12 April 2024.

• Cancellation of your registration must be advised in writing to seahq@sportsenvironmentalliance.org..

Cancellations received on or before 12 Feb 2024 will receive a refund of fees paid less a $165 administration fee, cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund, however, we will accept delegate name changes at any time leading up to the event (differences in registration fees may be applicable).

• Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

In the event of SEA Summit 2024 being cancelled, tickets will be refunded.

SEA Summit will be held in the Danvers Room on the Medallion Club level (Level 2) in Marvel Stadium, 740 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

Marvel Stadium is easily accessible with ample underground car parking totaling 2,500 car spaces.

SEA Summit attendees will be provided with access to discounted rates for pre-paid parking. Rates and booking instructions will be provided in the lead up to the event.

For up-to-date public transport information in Victoria including timetables, service disruption information, ticketing or special event services visit ptv.vic.gov.au or download the PTV App.

Train

Southern Cross Station is located adjacent to Marvel Stadium and stops for both V-line and Metropolitan train lines. It is a short walk across the Spencer Street/Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge.

Tram

City trams run to Marvel Stadium via La Trobe Street and Harbour Esplanade:

- Tram #30: St Vincents Plaza / Central Pier Docklands

- Tram #35: Anticlockwise / Anticlockwise or Clockwise / Clockwise

- Tram #70: Waterfront City Docklands / Wattle Park

- Tram #75: Central Pier Docklands / Vermont South

- Tram #86: Waterfront City Docklands / Bundoora RMIT

Trams also stop in the CBD on Spencer Street, Bourke Street and Collins Street, and all are a short walk to Marvel Stadium:

- Tram #96: St Kilda Beach / East Brunswick

- Tram #11: West Preston / Victoria Harbour Docklands

- Tram #48: North Balwyn / Victoria Harbour Docklands

Bus

The bus terminus is at Southern Cross Train Station and services airport transfers as well as routes across country Victoria. Marvel Stadium is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge from the bus terminus.

Ferry

Port Phillip Ferries berth at Docklands, directly across the street from Marvel Stadium. Ferries are available from Portarlington Pier and Geelong Waterfront.

The dress standard for the event is business/smart casual including sessions and the networking drinks.

In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name, organisation and title) and may be made available to parties directly related to the event including SEA and sponsors (subject to conditions). If you do not wish to be included in the delegate list, please email seahq@sportsenvironmentalliance.org.
