Cam Vale joins SEA

SEA is pleased to welcome Cam Vale as the organisation’s new Treasurer, Appointed Director.

Mr Vale has spent the past 17 years in C-suite roles in sport, including eight years as CEO at two sports organisations.

Since October 2021, Mr Vale has headed up his own sports management company GLO Sports.

Mr Vale is a qualified accountant, has participated in an exclusive senior leadership program with AIS and was awarded the prestigious Graeme Samuel Scholarship by the AFL in 2012.

Commencing a two-year appointment with SEA, Mr Vale looks forward to overseeing the finance operations of Australia's leading industry body at the intersection of sport, climate change and the circular economy.

SEA CEO Katherine O’Regan said Mr Vale brings a wealth of knowledge in financial services and sports to the SEA Board, and his experience will contribute towards ensuring the organisation can focus on what matters most - protecting the places where we play.

“Mr Vale’s experience and long-standing dedication to sport will be of great value to SEA, and we look forward to working with him,” she said.
