We are absolutely thrilled to host the Sports Environment Alliance’s first ever WA #SEAMoreDoMore networking event.

Sport is joy, triumph, pain, tears, losses, wins, thrills, and all things important to us.  It gives for our joy today, and it can give us joy for our tomorrow by protecting our clean future.

By protecting our {clean} future, we protect our beloved {West Coast} eagles, our Lord’s {cricket ground}, and all {Western} Australians.

Russell holds a degree in Ecology, a Masters in Environmental Sciences and a PhD in Biodiversity Management. He is passionate about wildlife, recycling and all environmental issues, and is devoted to the welfare of this planet and to the preservation of its ecosystems for future generations.

Deane is General Manager of Business Strategy, West Coast Eagles Football Club.  He has had 23 years of professional sports administration experience and was the recipient of the Australian Sports Medal (2000).  Beyond achieving a number of sporting accolades as an Australian Olympic swimmer and surf life saving champion, he is championing the sport industry’s role in saving the planet.  Under his leadership, the WCE has become one of SEA’s newest members.

Dorian understands the ins and outs of making a stadium work, and work well. He is the Operations Manager for Optus Stadium at VenuesLive (Perth, WA). He has had experience across multiple spaces including Perth Stadium and Perth Arena. Working with the new Optus Stadium affords him a variety of experience, the latest of which was essentially moving a ‘whole city.’

Sheila is the Executive Director of the Sports Environment Alliance, a not-for-profit membership group of sport leaders who want to minimise their footprint and protect our clean future.
